We're Jeroen and Jen, and we've been welcoming guests to our Big Bear properties since 2019. What started with a single cabin has grown into a collection of over 30 premium mountain homes.

Jeroen brings more than 25 years of luxury hospitality experience, including leadership roles with acclaimed hotels and resorts in Southern California, Europe, and the Caribbean. His background in high-end hotel operations shapes the way we approach every stay, with a focus on cleanliness, comfort, service, and the details that make a home feel guest-ready.

Jen's background in accounting and operations brings structure behind the scenes. From owner reporting and reservation management to systems, maintenance coordination, and guest communication, she helps make sure each home is managed carefully and consistently.

Together, we combine luxury hospitality standards with hands-on operational oversight. Every property in our portfolio is personally selected and maintained to a standard we would want for our own family.
