These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wander Vacation Rentals LLC ("Wander Vacation Rentals," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or booking a stay with Wander Vacation Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable policies referenced in your reservation, including our Policies & House Rules and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Booking and Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, direct inquiry, or third-party booking platforms. Some stays may be processed through partners such as Airbnb or other property management systems, and those bookings may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. Cancellation, refund, payment, and modification policies may vary by property and booking channel, so guests should review the details provided at the time of reservation carefully before confirming a stay.

Minimum Age to Book

The primary guest making a reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. By submitting a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age, and to cancel any reservation found to have been made in violation of this requirement.

Property Rules

Guests agree to comply with all property-specific rules provided before or during their stay. These may include check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy limits, parking instructions, quiet hours, and safety requirements. Smoking is prohibited unless expressly stated otherwise. Pet policies vary by property, and guests must confirm whether pets are permitted before booking. Excessive noise, parties, or unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for treating each property with care and respect. You agree to keep the premises in good condition, follow all posted instructions, and promptly report any damage, maintenance issue, or unsafe condition. Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by them or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear, as permitted by the applicable booking terms.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wander Vacation Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your stay at a property. We are not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, interruptions, or damages resulting from weather events, natural disasters, utility outages, acts of third parties, guest negligence, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, wildfires, storms, snow events, earthquakes, floods, utility outages, pandemics, government orders or evacuations, closures of mountain highways (Hwy 18, Hwy 38, or Hwy 330), civil unrest, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers. In the event of such an occurrence that materially affects a confirmed reservation, we will work in good faith with affected guests to reschedule the stay or, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund consistent with the cancellation policy and applicable booking-platform terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Wander Vacation Rentals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Governing Law

Severability

These Terms, together with our Policies & House Rules, Privacy Policy, and any reservation-specific terms provided at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wander Vacation Rentals LLC regarding your use of the website and any stay at one of our properties, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.

Assignment & No Waiver

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a sale, merger, or other transfer of our business. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other, and any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
