Jeroen and Jen were very responsive and answered my questions right away. I traveled to Big Bear with my family and extended family and their home was perfect for all 17 of us. My daughter and nieces and nephews loved the game room (nook). The adults loved the open living room and kitchen and of course the backyard!

We had a large group and the layout was perfect and spacious for us all. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient, we had a great time! Perfect location next to stores and the slopes. Great communication with the host too.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying in this cabin. The place provided easy instructions and guides within the area which is very helpful. We also loved how responsive Jeroen and Jen when we needed some assistance. The place is very spacious and clean, the kids loves the outdoor fireplace. I highly recommend staying in this cabin for big groups of people, as long as you let them know in advance. Very lovely and cozy cabin.

It was a perfect weekend with tons of snow. Could not have asked for a more beautiful backyard and surrounding area for the kids to go sledding and play in the snow. We had a great time!

Incredible house for a weekend trip with multiple families. Home is truly gorgeous, stocked with plenty of games and smart TVs that made it paradise for young kids (and their parents). Centrally located in Big Bear but we had little cause to leave. Jeroen and Jen were also very responsive and made checkout really easy (basically, start the dishwasher and take all trash to the dump as required by law for all rentals in Big Bear). Only knock on the place is that there is some wear and tear throughout, and the place could probably use a paint job and spot repairs. It wouldn't stop us from staying there again and in fact we hope to do so before long.

Absolutely loved the stay and property, had plenty to do with the pool table, arcade game, etc. was able to fit 10+ young adults pretty easily, we all had a blast and enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed the weekend of November 21st- 24th at Jeroen and Jen's house in Big Bear. They are above and beyond host. Their house is actually like the picture shows. It was clean, smelled fresh and lots of space. I wished we would have stayed longer. My family and I left with so many wonderful memories. My next vacation in Big Bear, I would definitely contact Airbnb to stay at their house again. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories at your house. We had a great time visiting this cabin! It was clean, and exactly what the pictures look like. It was the perfect location by food and outdoor exploring. The hosts were also so great and responded quickly!

Great hosts and great house! Very smooth stay and we were near lots of things such as food and snow tubing etc.

One of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! We visited during the fall and got to enjoy the stunning scenery and beautiful changing leaves. The home is in a quiet, gorgeous area, perfect for our large family, including eight kids. There was something for everyone to enjoy! The location couldn’t be better, everything around Big Bear Lake was just a short drive away (no more than 8 minutes anywhere we went). We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, hanging out on the patio, playing pool, and sipping the complimentary Keurig coffee. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were wonderful. We’re already planning our next stay here during the snow season!

This was our second time staying in this house, and we truly enjoyed it again. The place is fantastic—very clean, fresh, and well-kept. It has everything you need, including complete kitchenware, a coffee maker, and even coffee provided. The host is very kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

Jeroen and Jen’s cabin was great! Wanted a weekend retreat with friends and their cabin was perfect and had everything we needed— large table inside and outside, well stocked kitchen, BBQ grill and fire pit, entertainment and games— basically everything you’d want and need for a weekend away with friends :) Would come back for sure!!

The location was excellent for snowboarding at snow summit. The house sleeps many. My family had a great time.

Cabin was spacious and beautiful. It had a lot of fun games and the private backyard was great for the kids to just explore.

Jeroen and Jen's place is fantastic for larger groups. There was plenty of room and things to do around the house and it is close to the a lot of what Big Bear has to offer.

Booked this home for a large family group. Had everything we needed to make our trip a memorable one. Something about having coffee in the chill of early morning outside, watching the squirrels scurry about does wonders for the soul. Home is close to all main attractions around Big Bear. The surrounding neighborhood streets made for beautiful morning and night walks. Moon Ridge Coffee is a nice 10min walk and was perfect to get the day started. Thank you for allowing us to create family memories in your home.

The house is in a great spot for visitors to make their way around the town with ease. With the house being described the way it was, it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had lots of tools and gadgets to make food and the bathrooms were clean. The small games and activities were put to good use. The trash sites are not far from the house to difficult to get in or out of. The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in Big Bear!

This house was perfect for our retreat! There was plenty of room for 16 of us. The house was in a great location and provided easy access to markets, the marina nearby, and a close hiking trail. Would definitely stay here again!
