Mountain View Retreat

Nice place! Comfortable and right across road to Big Bear Mountain. Super convenient for skiing and snowboarding.

We had booked Jeroen and Jen’s place a few weeks before Christmas for a snowboarding trip. The place was decorated very nicely for Christmas. The living rooms were filled with vintage skis, snow shoes, and sleds which seemed very fitting to the area. It felt very homey. The house was cleaned by professional cleaners and everything was spotless and the towels were folded and prepped. The kitchen is filled with everything you need to cook throughout your stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay at and I would definitely rebook again. Jen and Jereon were very responsive and checked in occasionally to make sure we were settled.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jen & Jeroen’s place! The location was easy driving to the lake and wonderful hiking paths. You would see the ski slopes from the deck so I bet this would be the perfect location for ski season. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in big bear.

Really good cabin, very cozy. It's in a great location surrounded by pines, not a far drive to the village. Everything was clean. I really like that the cabin has 2 living rooms in case your family wants to watch something else on TV. Jacuzzi is definitely a plus. I would definitely be back again!

My family and I had a great stay here. Plenty of room and beautiful view from the front deck. Back deck felt private with outside table and hottub. Walkable to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort or a quick drive.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! It was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We loved sitting on the deck, listening to the birds. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was perfect for us. My kids enjoyed the air hockey table, puzzles, and games. My husband was able to walk over to the slopes every morning while we hung out at the house. My favorite thing was the view of the mountain from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and cozy! We will definitely be back.
