Pine Peak Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our easter weekend stay in the cabin. Spotless, well designed and uncluttered. The deck with firepit and picnic table and hot tub were all perfect to enjoy the spring sunshine. The hosts were proactive in communicating with us and super friendly. We hope to be back again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Jeroen and Jen's place. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. EV owners, note that this is not actually a charger, it's a NEMA plug for a level 2 charger. You can bring your own (they are pricey) and plug it in, but there's no Level-2 charger on site.

We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern cabin. Very close to bear mountain ski resort and many markets and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit. One note - if you intend on using the ev charging make sure you bring a charging cable. I missed this disclaimer on the listing so I wasn’t able to utilize this take amenity.

We absolutely loved our stay here, located in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and just a few minutes from town. The wrap around deck was perfect to relax on and take in some fresh air; super clean hot tub. Interior is cozy and spacious at the same time and we loved the kitchen area. Everything was super comfortable and we felt right at home, would recommend to anyone visiting Big Bear!

One of the few homes I have stayed in that truly looked identical to the listing photos. The condition of the home is extremely well kept, the property was ideally located between the village and lake, with a cozy cabin feel and games for the family! Definitely recommend staying here for your Big Bear getaway!

We loved our stay! It was very kid friendly and there was so much attention to detail. Truly enjoyed our time and will be looking up this place again for future trips to Big Bear.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy property. It was ideal for small children and one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. The hosts were lovely too, dont hesitate to book for your next Big Bear stay!

The house was gorgeous and nearby to all the places we wanted to visit. The hosts were responsive and helpful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures! We really enjoyed our stay 😊

We loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully put together. Looking out the windows felt like being in a treehouse among the treetops. We even woke up to a bit of snow, which made the trip feel magical. The hosts were incredible and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great spot, clean, quiet, everything you need in a perfect stay. Super comfortable beds. It’s located next to the zoo and short ride to many local favorite places. We loved the deck. It surrounded by beautiful oak trees. The entrance has a shoe rack and place to Hang your jackets - keeping it very organized and clear of clutter. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. There is even baby gate on the stairs which came handy for our two littles.

Out family had a nice peaceful weekend at Jeroen and Jens cabin. It had a nice secluded spot up in the trees. The cabin was kept clean and everything worked. I would recommend it as a nice weekend getaway in the mountains.

Jeroen & Jen were amazing hosts, even sending a quick message to check-in after our 1st night. The cabin was as described & pictured. Very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. Check-in was simple, hot tub was at the perfect temp and ready to use upon arrival. I couldn’t tell from the pics/description about the placement of the hot tub until we arrived, it is in the front of the house, however the surrounding trees provide coverage and privacy from the neighboring homes. This was a perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary and get out of the desert heat for a few days! We can’t wait to bring our family back in the future!! Thank you for a great experience!

Jeroen and Jen’s place is amazing. The house is easy to find and access. It’s a short drive from the village and other great places for restaurants or recreation. The house itself was very tidy and charmingly decorated. The hosts were highly responsive and accommodative. I appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again!

Cabin was well maintained, and spotless. Clean, beautiful, well designed and thoughtful touches. Tucked into a pocket of trees so you feel hidden in nature. Such a beautiful getaway. Would’ve stayed longer if it weren’t for the city wide power outage (which had nothing to do with the hosts) In fact, there were flashlights in the bathrooms, which was a nice touch and ended up needing them! Would recommend, and would return.

This location is exceptional. The cabin met all expectations, being impeccably clean, cozy, and featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. I highly recommend this cabin, as it is conveniently situated near golf courses, the zoo, and Dank Donuts, providing ample entertainment options. .

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time. We made full use of the amenities (jacuzzi, BBQ, firepit, and the cozy fireplace) which made the stay even more enjoyable. The home feels very private, yet it’s just a short and easy drive into town. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Jeroen and Jen were fabulous hosts. Their home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, just a short drive to town. The cabin was the perfect for our family, tons of games for the kids to play and the bunk beds were wonderful. Would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! Great place, clean, peaceful surroundings. Overall an awesome experience!! Checking in was a little confusing, I would put the check-in/out info on the app instead of a separate site. But other than that the hosts were great!
