Sunrise Chalet

Jeroen and Jennifer were wonderful hosts—respectful, responsive, and great communicators throughout our stay. The space itself was large and perfect for a family, with all the amenities we needed readily available. The game room was definitely a highlight and added a fun touch to the experience. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again!

We were exceptionally happy with our stay! This home offers plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a group of 10. The master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and many herbs and spices. The huge game room provided plenty of entertainment for everyone. We also loved that there was two living areas, providing a sofa and TV for children/teens, and another living area for adults. Our hosts were very quick to reply and accommodating. We are definitely planning to return for another trip!

It was my first time booking a Cabin and the owners are so nice and helpful. Everyone had a beautiful time. The cabin is easy to get into, great layout especially with kids. The cabin was so easy to get to, and centrally located. I would definitely recommend this cabin

House was perfect. Beautiful, warm, fun, my family loved it. Everything we needed they had, my favorite was master bedroom loved it huge ceilings, fireplace. and the wrap around balcony, gorgeous views. Finally the host Jeroen and Jen there is nothing bad to say they were wonderful host, Communication was always in timely matter. while I was at there home I didn't have to Communicate with them due to everything worked and had no issues. Loved it, thank you so much for letting me and my family celebrate my daughters 9th birthday at your home. I will stay again next year. Thanks again.

Home was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the secret hideaway playroom. Jeroen and Jen would check in with us daily to see how things were going. We had such a fun time .

We had a pleasant stay in Big Bear. The place was clean and generally as described. Check-in was easy and the game room was a nice bonus for our group, we had lot of fun. Overall, a solid spot for a short stay.

This place was great. Used their place as a location for a 20 year reunion of college friends and it was perfect. Spacious, plenty of room, clean... nothing but good things to say about this place. Would look into renting it again for family vacations.

Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The location was also great—convenient, quiet, and close to snow summit and big bear mountain. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. We stayed in this house for two nights and absolutely loved it! The home is cozy, beautiful, and filled with warmth. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, so we felt very comfortable. A special thank you to the hosts — they were always available and responded very quickly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Truly a wonderful experience! ✨

The place itself was wonderful. Good location and close proximity to most everything. The hosts were responsive and offered to help with issues that came up. Overall a wonderful stay. It does get a little warm during the summer in the main area but the portable AC was helpful but probably undersized. Def would be a great place and no complaints in winter.

We all had a great time! The hosts very helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. The kids enjoyed the game room and loved the “camping closet”! The home doesn’t have central air but there were a couple of portable AC units as mentioned in their description. My family decided to bring our own portable electric fans and they were helpful in the warmer rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It had so many great amenities that made our trip comfortable and fun. The host went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel completely at home. This was the nicest, and most spacious Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at ! It was so clean and welcoming. They had everything we needed right at the Airbnb. The game room was AMAZING!! We spent a lot of time there, which made it all worth it! Would 1000% recommend to everyone and would definitely use this Airbnb again when we come back to Big Bear!

The play room was so fun, and everything was very organized and clean. The beds were also very comfortable !!

We really enjoyed staying here! We spent a weekend with friends and all enjoyed the home and space. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, easy to find and felt peaceful, despite having some neighbors close by. The home is large and so fun with a game room and cozy fireplace in the living room. The loft didn’t feel so safe to access, so we avoided that space. Plus there weren’t many games there to access. Decor was great; a great modern yet woodsy feel. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall this place is awesome! Very home like and accommodations were great. We all loved the game room and sitting on the deck with the fire pit. We had one little hiccup with the propane tanks being empty but they responded right away and even delivered a new tank quickly as well

Family Group of 12 and had a blast! The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience of getting to all stay in the double bunk beds for a cousin sleepover. The adults enjoyed a nice, relaxing, joyful BBQ and drinks on the balcony followed with a stargazing night around the fire pit. When we weren’t home, we enjoyed early mornings fishing or exploring The Village. Jeroen and Jen were lovely and extremely responsive. We had no issues and had the sweetest weekend getaway from the city. Thanks a million!

This is one of my favorite places I have stayed! This is a kids dream house! From the bunks to the loft to the hidden nook area and game room! The playroom is such a fun hang for the adults and the attention to detail with the decor is amazing! We would definitely love to stay again!

Enjoyed my stay very much. Jerome and Jen were always so helpful, when we encountered difficulty turning on the grill. They were quick to guide us and we were able to figure everything out. House was clean and beautiful, enjoyed the views and peacefulness of the location. Great stay !
